(1) i suggest they can provide a permanent / exclusive mobile number at RECEPTION so that guest can call. (2) Reception place needs interior decoration as per star rating. (3) Support staff must wear a standard uniform, jacket or overcoat having Hotel name, emblem embossed on it with a name plate of staff. so that a guest can easily identify”
