Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The interior of the room all looked new, but it felt a little bit unfinished (large desk but no chair, some loose cables for the bathroom fan)

Being so close to the railway station, the location is a bit noisy and the surroundings a bit seedy. At a distance from the Vishnupad temple.
Just a stone's throw away from the Gaya railway station, the property has very large and nice rooms with clean linen and clean bathrooms. Breakfast included in the price.

Too many steps to climb to the Lobby. There was no Restaurant, so food had to be delivered to the room. No English News Channels on TV. A good chair should be provided at the Table below the TV Unit.
The Room and Toilet were very big and spacious for this category of Hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff. They also arranged an Auto rickshaw for going to the station at 2.30 am.

. There was few hot water because the tank was small, you need to rush to take a bath (not an anusual in India, but here was shorter than in others parts). The personal was helpful but knew few english, so I needed help and despide their willingess it was not much usefull. The relación quality price is not great.
The place is really close to the train station and the room was big.

Arrangement for tea coffee in the room 2/3 tea bags sugar and milk packets coffee packets should be there in the room along with an electric kettle. Two cups two glasses should have been there. If possible few napkins inside the room. Bathroom should have a dustbin lined with garbage bag also the room dustbin should have a garbage bag.
Location is good and very convenient. Staff was very helpful and good. Hotel is reasonable and clean. Our stay was quite comfortable.

At first we had given a real big room and we were very happy. But shortly we discovered that flash was not working in toilet. While informing them, they moved us to a different room. This room was little smaller than previous one, but still very big for 3 people compare to hotels we stayed in past. But this 2nd room was not fully ready. We had to request for bed sheet changes, soap in toilet. Comforter for three people, towels etc etc which went over for an hour as on when we discovered it. As said hotel staffs were very helpful and they have taken care of every requests at 11:30 PM at night. I am assuming this is one off case and this will not happen with others as they will fix toilet flash.
Nice hotel, big rooms, good support from helpful staffs, room service, breakfast. Everything supposes to be perfect and I should have given 10/10, but given 8 for a reason. We 3 are Sr Citizen aged between 72 to 79 years and arrived from Kolkata by Rajdhani express at 11:00 pm at night at Gaya Railway station. They had sent a person to receive us from station and escorted till hotel. Also helped us to make arrangement of Budhdha Gaya trip. Everything was good except day 1 hick ups.
