The Ripetta 25 Prestige Rooms is a modern guest house, 150 metres from Rome’s Piazza del Popolo and a 7-minute walk form the Spanish Steps. We had a family of seven across two rooms and it was fantastic space that didn't feel crowded. The bunk rooms for the kids were great and made it easy to fit the family in. Everything had a fresh look and was clean. The self help snacks and breakfast made getting out early in the day so easy. Location was fantastic and they helpfully stored our bags on the morning of departure so we could get out and explore more of the city.

The last day we left our luggages in the reception to rome around the places and collected it later in the day. Overall it was very satisfying stay.
