The hotel was the main attraction in town. The hotel is so beautiful in it's traditional architecture. True place of art. The town is great if you are planning to do hikes or other small towns in the region.

Atami Sekaie is set in Atami, 2.6 km from Atami Sun Beach, 25 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, and 35 km from Shuzen-ji Temple. We really enjoyed our stay and the meals (dinner & breakfast) were excellent.

Situated in Atami in the Shizuoka region with Atami Sun Beach nearby, SOKI ATAMI features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. This place is an absolute dream come true! Every detail was perfection, from the serene surroundings to the fantastic design. Loved strolling around with the provided pyjamas and the private onsen. The dinner was a wonderful culinary experience with top-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Perfectly located near Atami, it's an ideal retreat. If I could, I'd give it more than 10 stars. Just perfect!

Set 9.1 km from Shuzen-ji Temple, Yumeguri no Yado Yoshiharu offers 5-star accommodation in Izunokuni and has a garden. The staff was very attentive and friendly, food was top class.

Facing the seafront, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 is a ryokan providing a 2-star accommodation in Higashiizu. It features a private beach area, garden and private parking. Wonderfully charming room and guesthouse, in an excellent location. Close to forest walks and an un-missable seaside on-sen, with friendly and helpful hosts. If we are ever in Izu Hokkawa again, we will be sure to stay here!

34 km from Shuzen-ji Temple in Higashiizu, Bousui offers accommodation with access to a sauna, hot spring bath and hot tub. The property has sea and quiet street views, and is 49 km from Mount Daruma.... Everything was perfect. Amazing romantic gateway. 10/10 Friendly staff. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Relaxing. Amazing bath.

Boasting sea views, Migiwaya provides accommodation with balcony, around 7.3 km from Rengejiike Park Fuji Festival. This 4-star ryokan offers a lift and free shuttle service. A cozy Ryokan with around 8 rooms, each featuring a private outdoor hot spring and a communal one for families. There's a Family Mart just two blocks away. While soaking in the onsen on the patio, a cat came by seeking some pets – pretty amusing! The tranquility is fantastic. The Indonesian staff, fluent in English, made our stay incredibly seamless. They also provide complimentary beverages, including a couple of beers in the fridge.

Featuring private open-air hot spring bath in all rooms, Isaribi is located in Hagashiizu, 2.7 km from Atagawa Hot Springs. Great dinner and breakfast, and super accommodating and kind to allergies. An amazing room, and the beds were so comfortable. They had a great system for checking if the “rentable” larger baths were available and they were amazing and super clean. All the staff were super friendly as well.

Offering free WiFi access at public areas and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Tatsuta Ryokan is located a 5-minute walk from Yugashima Onsenguchi Bus Stop from which Shuzenji Station is a 30-minute... We had such an amazing time here. The dinner was so special and delicious, the breakfast was a lovely way to start the day with the river air refreshing us. The onsens and our room were perfect.
