  • “The hotel is pretty good, but it’s slightly overpriced for what you get. The main issue is that the standard of the breakfast. It was also difficult to talk to some staff as their English wasn’t great. However, the hotel looks great, the rooms are really nice and the pool is good. There’s also an excellent view overlooking the river. The hotel location is great for people who like nature.”

  • At Rice Resort Review Score: 10

“We loved this resort. The room was very comfortable, immaculate and had everything we needed. We asked for a packed breakfast for two mornings as we were off to Khao Yai park early, and it was excellent. We had a breakfast on our last morning and could not fault it. Beautiful grounds with a lovely pool. Very quiet location.”

  • “The Midst provides exceptionally comfortable accommodation, all in good condition, daily cleaning service.”

  • “In the near from Wat Maneewong and Natural Park Khoa Yai, both 30 minutes drive”

  • “Friendly helpful staff, quiet, relaxed lots of great places to visit locally and everything you need nearby (ATM, 7 eleven, restaurants etc). Good (common) birdlife and lots of other wildlife in and around resort. Nice little swimming pool. Room has everything you need. Friendly dog. Free bikes for use and staff got me a motorbike to rent Air conditioning perfectly OK, v heavy rain, no leaks. Rather eclectic range of buildings, chalets and tents on towers (good for birding from top) I didn't try but lots of activities like rafting, big inflated rings etc nearby.”

  • “It was very unusual as it was spread out into several large buildings over a vast estate. The buildings themselves were large, varied and gracious The hotel provided electric buggies to get people around, Staff did everything they could to overcome difficult difficulties arising from location and the size of the estate”
