Plus you get everything every traveler is craving for. Like comfortable bed with good mattress, bath with hot water, washing machine, good internet connection, maybe some TV.
And all that in the historical center near most of interesting places with plenty of parking space around.
Maybe the only minus for some people suffering from hot weather that there is no air conditioner. Let's count that as a space for improvement.”
