    “The room was a residence in a hotel/residence complex. While the location and facilities were great, my rating reflects the time consuming bureaucratic check in and out process. On top of their own system, my request for a receipt for my cash payment created a dilemma fir staff who had to contact owner of room and were unable to. Eventually sorted when I refused to leave without a receipt.unpleasant start to our stay. (Witnessed another customer going through this on our way out) Information on room inaccurate, listed as one bedroom apartment when was a studio apartment. Listed fully equipped kitchen (not) and dining furniture (not). Disappointing as the hotel is modern and close to beach.and still lovely but not what advertised.”

    “It's a very big hotel at a prime location and still was very cheap. Has so many floors. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Nice bed and a good bathroom with a bath tub. Walking distance from the beach and near the center of the city.”

    “The room is very spacious. What I love most is the balcony with a beautiful view. The location is great. It's near a fresh market, grocery shop and very close to spa. There is a noodle restaurant at the opposite. We random to try and it became our precious moment of noodles, so good with reasonable price.”

    “Apart from breakfast, everything on the 5* , large room with a balcony on the 22nd floor with a central view of the sea, rooftop swimming pool , aroom cleaned every day, but most importantly, the beach is only a few steps from the hotel, renting a bed on the beach from 50,000vnd for the whole day. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and taxis in the area. at the hotel or via the app, very good prices. Hotel service 5 stars.”

    “It was the best place we stayed at while in Vietnam, it was super clean and cozy, we had view of the mountains and the room and the common areas were very clean. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and kind, he helped us order a taxi when we couldn’t find any and carried our heavy luggage for us up the stairs.”
