  “Absolutely loved this historic hotel and the ancient buildings, monuments and stone circle within the grounds. Appreciated that the hotel was traditional in its style and decor. Loved our beamed bedroom with views over the deer park. The food was exceptional good and lovely to have several different lounges in which to relax or eat. The staff were friendly and hospitable with gems of knowledge about the building. Wish we had stayed longer.”
