    “This was the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It is just as beautiful as the pictures show. So much space! The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the best pillows I have ever slept on. There were even bathrobes supplied, I felt like in a 5* hotel! Due to facing to the rear of the building, it is super quiet at all times. Avilés itself is such a gem. We stayed for 3 nights, and we are already planning to come back and see more of the region. Our host met us when we arrived, and he gave us a lot of information about local restaurants and sights. We tried most of them and were so impressed. Casa Lin is an absolute must for a lovely evening meal, and so is the menu del dia at Casa Tataguyo. Try La Guindilla bar for a late night drink with amazing tapas.”

    “Beautiful little apartment in a quiet location. Well equipped kitchen to prepare little meals. Very clean and excellent staff. We unfortunately had very loud and unruly guests at one of the other apartments, but upon contacting the owner she came right over to help out. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

    “The apartment was just as described - absolutely lovely! The view is gorgeous, and the location is so central, you can get everywhere in a few minutes. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped and modern. I also really appreciated that there were proper roller shutters so we could have a proper dark room for sleeping. I would happily return here for another stay in lovely Oviedo. This is not really a dislike about the apartment, more of a drawback of the central location, so I will still put in the "positive" box: It does get very noisy on a Friday/Saturday night, when all the students go out to the clubs. There were people shouting and singing outside all through the night, which means you might struggle to get a good night's sleep. Just bring earplugs, and the other nights of our stay were completely quiet.”
