The location

Too many messages from the hotel before, during and after the stay. A very narrow bed compared to the size of the room. It must have been sublime to stay here when it was brand new a few decades ago. Very low water pressure in the shower, so showering takes up a bit of time. Long queue at the reception to check in. Bring earplugs in case of noisy neighbours.

Excellent location right in the center of Rotterdam, near many of the interesting museums. Big room, rather old but well maintained. Luggage storage.

The room needs an update, it seems like it has never been renovated. Also it’s very noisy. Walls are very thin! You can hear your neighbour from 3 doors down the hall.

I had a room for me and my pet dog, in front of the hotel is a green lawn and very nearby park. I really liked this.

A bit thin doors/corridors - you can hear your neigbourghs and slamming of doors. Also, the pull out bed for the third person was very sqeeky

I had a noise coming from a machine with regular intervals. It woke me up in the middle of the night and went on.

Location was perfect, staff was very helpful especially the housekeeper and the reception staff were wonderful. Very helpful, very smily.

I had to navigate two sets of stairs (about 5 steps each) to get to my room, with a heavy suitcase it was not easy. The room was OK but I could hear people talking in other rooms at all hours of the night. The bed was OK but the bed covering was not so great, it would have been nice to have 2 proper pillows. There was only one small coffee cup in the room. The shower is quite small and doesn't not have a flat floor surface which makes it feel odd. When I checked out I was told that there was a 'breakfast' charge on my account, even though I didn't eat in the hotel at any time; the reception staff seemed to be sceptical.

The hotel is a good location, walking distance from Centraal Station or by tram, lots of places to eat in the area.

The shower glass screen did not extend long enough, so water kept splashing out and floor outside was wet at the end of the shower.

The room was way bigger than expected! Super spacious for 2 people with our multiple suitcases. Location was very convenient to the shops and attractions.

Due to miscommunication woken up twice by housekeeping. Rest everything okay.

Wall of the rooms needs to be renovated. Impossible to open the windows ( air too dry). carpet on the ground. The room was dusty : underwear was left in the room by the previous customer, carpet was not cleaned (handkerchiefs under the bed). We informed them directly after our arrival but nobody went to clean … And they dare to ask us 70€ extra cleaning for our dog for 2 nights, ( dog really clean, no damage done, nothing wrong with it) … unbelievable !!! With the extra cost for « sustainability » ( nothing noticeable: single use plastic containers for soap) and dog cost, The price quality ratio is really expensive !!! We now understand why they’re asking a deposit at the arrival 🤨 No direct access with the lift to the parking ( need to carry the luggage in the stairs)

Location really good, in the centrum and close to the metro and tram. The rooms are large and comfortable, well equipped. The parking is also an advantage. Fitness facilities included

The room that we stayed in (4332) had brown insulation foam under the window. I also requested a double bed and we got two single beds put together with 2 separate duvets. It sort of takes the romance out of a holiday - especially if you're paying €260 for a 2 night stay.

The location is perfect. Next to a metro station and tram stops are nearby. Several attractions are no further than a walk of 30 minutes. Our room in the old wing was spacious but we had to climb some stairs with our luggage. Thanks to the staff for helping out.

big spacious room and just 12min walk to rotterdam centraal. very clean room and clean common area as well.
