Good location between The Hague and Delft with free parking and quiet neighborhood. Spacious modern rooms with good noise insulation.

Upon arrival we saw that the battery in the safe was dead. We asked the staff to replace it. They promised to do it right away. But they did not replace it until the next day, when we were checking out of the hotel.

Beaware if you book this hotel!! There was a sudden electricity outage in the room in the evening. I tried calling the given "emergency numbers," but no one responded to the calls; everything went to voicemail. There is no reception at the hotel, so there is no person to contact if you face any problems. I couldn't recharge my devices, such as my mobile phone and cameras, since there was no power in the room. I tried to make a complaint using the intercom service, but the manager didn't bother to respond. Instead, the person who responded to the intercom asked us to send an email explaining the situation, but three days have passed, and I still haven't received a reply. Even though the location is convenient, the customer care is very poor. I had to waste several hours recharging my devices in the morning at the restaurant which is very unfortunate as a tourist.

Good location close to the train station, comfortable bed to sleep in, reasonable price.

Very cramped, could barely squeeze around the bed to the other side, only a hard plastic chair to sit on, or if you sat on the bed the headboard dug into your back. Not even a glass or paper cup to drink from! Minimal pillows. Wimpy shower. No place to unpack clothes to, and nothing but the floor to put your suitcase on.
