The only issue was tied to the last day. We had been trying to get Bolt to pick us up. The staff were kind enough to help with offering to get us transport. Nothing was mentioned regarding cost as we thought it was just Bolt or Uber picking us up. It wasn’t until we were in transit did it occur to us to ask what the cost was. It would have been wrong for us to haggle at that point but we spent more than we had been planning to spend for the transport. I would just ask that if the hotel arranges transport that the price for such would be communicated upfront. We had no issue paying it. It was just an observation as we had an offer from Bolt to only charge about 20 euro (due to a promotion) in comparison to the 65 euro that we ended up getting charged. No complaint with the service from the transport so we paid. Otherwise it was fabulous

Absolutely nothing it was perfect in every way

The decor was amazing it was like stepping into another world. They had thought of absolutely everything . The lounges were welcoming and comfortable the room was beautiful the decor was outstanding. The staff were friendly and the breakfast that was available was absolutely first class huge selection and outstanding quality. Tea and coffee was available in the lounge all day with an ever changing assortment of tempting biscuits and cakes. The location was brilliant and the staff were efficient and friendly, what a find I can’t recommend this enough.

Bed was comfortable but 2 comforters instead of 1 big one ie 2 twin size comforters on a queen size bed! Weird!

Location awesome as pretty much centre of everything. Breakfast vast and delicious!!! Rooms are super cute and cozy and the bathroom wonderful with soaking tub!

Beautiful room with very little space to open suitcase, no counter / vanity space, no drawer space, very poor lighting in bathroom. Large and bulky decorative pillows that were difficult to set anywhere off the bed.

We had room 210 and their is a big flag right outside the window which makes a good bit of noise if it's windy. Kept us awake a bit on the 2nd night but the flag was taken down the next day so didn't feel the need to mention it. Everything else was wonderfull though.

Amazing hotel with great staff. The hotel feel luxurious and the free coffee & Cakes area is a lovely touch. Room was wonderfull and hotel was quiet at night.

Hard to think of any negatives... the toilet in the room was in a very small room which was a little claustrophobic. Being Amsterdam there was a certain smell in the corridors despite the hotel having clear signage not to smoke weed in the rooms.

This hotel was absolutely stunning! The staff were fantastic and the rooms were extremely stylish. The lobby area and surrounding spaces were luxurious and a great place to meet before a day of exploring.

This is our second stay at the incredible Hotel Estherea, which is our FAVORITE hotel in Europe. We traveled through Amsterdam for the sole purpose of returning to the Hotel Estherea. It is everything you would expect from a true boutique hotel and did not disappoint. Exceptional service and style.

Some rooms very small. Carpets on floors and rooms maybe not the most practical. More hooks in bathroom. Conditioner was not filled in during the visit.

Service was excellent, cats added an extra value to the visit. Hotel is very clean, decorated in weird and fantastic way.

The room was so unique and gorgeous we just loved it. Very clean and well decorated that gave you a fancy vintage vibe. Amazing scent they put on throughout the whole hotel as well. The service and the staff were absolutely amazing and professional. The products used in the room were also high quality. We really enjoyed our stay and had the best sleep on the trip.
