A table in the room would not hurt. Vacuuming the room daily would also be a good addition to the housekeeping routine.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, breakfast, warm room, and comfy bed. Decent terrace on the rooftop. We were lucky to get personal breakfast served just for the two of us, for two days in a row - very nice and tasty!

Liked the overall cleanliness and good, calm location close to various trails and places that are an obligatory to see in Mestia.City centre is quite close too with all the restaurants, cafes and shops.Very friedly staff, always eager to assist you with all of your inquiries, always smiling)))

The best part of the property is location, location and location. The hotel seems to be run by a family and they were very welcoming. My rental car broke down twice and needed a battery jump-start and they were able to arrange a local mechanic. The hotel is a short yet a scenic walk from the center of the town. All major attractions including Svaneti Historical Museum, Cathedral, Cable Car, nature trails etc. are a few minutes walk. About the hotel , the rooms are quiet spacious each with its own balcony overseeing the mystical town and the beautiful snow-capped mountains. The breakfast too was great as it had collection of fresh cut fruits, eggs, local bread including our favorite Khachapuri.

Nice view and good location near cablecar. The young hostess was very nice, good at English and gave us advices about trips and walks in Mestia.

The kindness of the staff. The receptionist was very helpful and always ready for some small chat. That was a major plus for us that learn alot of Georgia from her. The terrace view is also a big plus for that. Instagram moment.

The hospitality of the property and especially Tamar is amazing. She was going the extra mile to make our stay and as well the day before our travel to Ushguli perfect. Property as well prepared breakfast even earlier for us and breakfast buffet had a huge choice. The room was really clean and comfortable.

The manager is ever so helpful. Nice rooms with a view. Very good breakfast, only way too much. At least for Europeans. Good location away from the crowd, yet within walking distance to the center of the village

I'm trying to think of something but I can't find anything that bothers me. Maybe the breakfast that was too rich with a view that you don't want to leave the hotel.

The location is fantastic, especially for those who have a car, it is an ideal place to get to gondola.You can also walk 150 meters to the beginning of the chairlift and it will take you to the gondola. The manager Tamar is fantastic and very helpful. Tamar speaks English fluently.

Wished we could have stayed longer!

Staff is very helpful and speaks fluent English. Rooms are big, clean and spacious. Wifi speed is excellent. Huge breakfast! Plenty of parking space available.

The room has a heater but we need to open the window /balcony door for better ventilation.

Balcony lights were not working but that wasn’t a problem really

Very kind and considerate staff, namely just one lovely woman who even Accepted partial payment in Euros and gave us a free breakfast! Rooms were large and spacious and was very cozy. Great view from our room although other side of hotel has even better views!

Good location (not to far from the center, not too close to the noise). Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms.
