Islam and Pablo were very friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was great. Very conveniently located, you can find anything in the area, supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, etc. Also, just a short walk away from the beach.

The shower could use some repair. Some of the water leaks and the bathroom floor gets very wet. Though, sometimes this is also caused by some of the other guests. That being said, I had a great stay and I definitely recommend this hostel 👍

The staff was super friendly and helpful😊 Very good room with all necessary things, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect A few metres away from the Borjomi central Park.

- The price was cheap (for Tbilisi center, that is). - They were O.K. delaying a portion of the payment (a few GEL out of 510). - It's on the hill, so if you like cardio, it's O.K. - The bed was comfy enough.

- A local guy helped me to get to the place. There was no sign or anything. I doubt I could find it by myself. - Apartment is too humid, there is little to no sunshine. Since it's the first floor, all your windows go to the inner yard, where everyone's talking, walking, etc. One of two windows was in front of the bed, so you can't really open the curtains. - If you take a shower, forget about using a toilet w/o wetting your feet. It will take at least a day to dry with windows opened and air conditioning maxed out (heat/dry mode). - There is no sound proofing whatsoever. I heard the hosts snorting at night, they were behind the wall. I heard every step of a cat/small dog (or was it a rat?) from the apartment above me, - Giant black cockroaches, 7+ cm. in length! I've never seen anything like that before. - A day before my check-out the host turned of air conditioning electricity tumbler (it's outside of the apartment). I was woken up by some chatter about that. They didn't try to talk to me, just turned it off. It was the last day I stayed there, checked-out earlier. - There were other small downfalls, but I think you've got the picture by now.

The host is very nice and friendly, warm and good homemade breakfast and cute cat chacha. As a budget accommodation, it is a good choice anyways.

Booked the room type with highest price-king room with Mountain View, thought that it is the room with a side window facing Mountain View of the town, but it actually is the room on the left with only a narrow window by the entrance.
