AustraliaI had to head back to Tblisi a day early due to the internet speed being too slow at 5 pm to have a video call. It's fast during the day when everyone is on the slopes, but don't count on working online when you're there. If you're in town 1km away, you can catch a taxi. The taxi guys are cartel who inflate the prices. You'll be lucky if you get 20 in local currency - I managed to negotiate down to 25. They're parasites.
Gigi at the front desk was helpful, and the guy who fitted and kitted me out for skiing was a treasure. Everything was affordable to hire there: skis, boots, gloves, jacket, pants, helmet, and eye protection. The room was quiet, so I slept well. The restaurant across the road had some healthy and tasty Georgian vegan options. I liked being able to walk to the slopes and back.

South AfricaAbsolutely loved every moment of our stay at Skio - the most beautiful Mountain View from all the rooms, friendly staff and so conveniently located right next to a ski lift! The restaurant offers great food and a good happy hour. All ski gear can be rented from Skio too, which is a huge bonus :) We’ll definitely be back.

PolandThe apartment seems to be almost empty. The rooms are large and I'd add some furniture to make the stay more comfortable. I'd turn the table by 90deg and add a missing fourth chair. A small coffee machine would be great.
Very nice location. Close to the road, so easy to find, but no noise. Short (less than 100m) distance to the ski lift. Returning, you can ski to the entrance. The apartment is large (also the bathroom). The view from windows is really great. I appreciate very much the friendly attitude of the host. The food served in the restaurant is really nice.

GermanyIt is not about the hotel itself but their restaurant: we had the dinner there twice and both times it was not tasty: clean, friendly, but bad quality food with high price. A barbecue meat (shashlik) was just a shame for a Georgian restaurant.

Firstly, the staff were amazing...especially Nikitia on reception and Roma in the restaurant. Everyone was soo friendly and made us feel at home!!!The location is great, 2 min walk to the ski lift and there is a nice bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Will definitely be back next year!!!!

BelgiumNot enough cutlery, plates, or general kitchen utensils available in the room. Also no way of cooking or heating your own food, which should be available in a ski accommodation as it is not 100% a hotel. Only a fridge and water cooker. The owner needs to fix this to make it more attractive for skiers. The restaurant and ski rental are also all different owners so there is no coordination between those 3 entities.

United States of AmericaOur apartment was a bit spartan. We didn't find anything in the kitchen -- no coffee, no tea, no hand towels, no salt or pepper, nothing at all. The bedrooms, though quite large, lacked drawers of any kind to store clothes. The combination of having a large space with not a lot of furniture made the apartment feel a bit cold. But this is a small complaint. I would also add that our two-bedroom apartment was not cheap! We paid 422 euros for two nights. You can find much cheaper accommodations in Guduari, but in our view, it was worth it to have the space, the restaurant, and the proximity to the ski lift.
The apartment we booked was quite spacious, clean, and modern. The restaurant is one of the best in Guduari: great food and nice atmosphere. I would like to especially thank our waiter, who was kind and attentive throughout our stay. You won't find any grocery stores within walking distance, so having a nice restaurant in the hotel is a huge plus. One suggestion to future guests: you may want to bring breakfast food to eat in your rooms. That way you'll have a better chance of getting on the slopes when they open at 10:00 AM. Breakfast in the restaurant is fine but takes time. The hotel is not exactly ski-in, ski-out -- more like a 5 minute walk in ski boots to the Shino lift (around 200 meters) -- but still pretty convenient. The hotel has a small ski depot where you can store your skis and boots and rent equipment if necessary. Kakha did a nice job servicing my kids' damaged skis during our stay.

Beautiful room with stunning views. We also appreciate the location as it´s a bit away from the madness of New Gudauri. I would stay again. The staff was very helpful, ski rentals can be found in the same building, there is also delicious coffee in the restaurant.

United Arab EmiratesAlthough I understand it’s a hotel apartment facility however, it would be very good if amenities were given more attention. Tea, coffee, water, tissue paper in the room and such. Besides all this, the room is amazing and very comfortable.
Nikita was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Very respectful and incredibly attentive. Modern and very neat, ideally located if you’re looking to do snow activities. The flats are very spacious, beds are incredibly comfortable and clean. Good quality comforter and sheets.
