We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RussiaI was traveling for work and Tbilisi was transit city this time. Since I had to fly next day I found Sierra Hotel not far from the airport . Even though the location was not popular among tourists in my case it was the best choice. The place itself was very welcoming . New, clean, friendly staff members. My room was facing garden (I chose myself) and at night time very quiet. Everything you need they have . I recommend 100%

New ZealandIt is quite a drive to the centre of Tbilisi. However, the hotel will book a taxi or you can order your own taxi using the Bolt App.
Friendly welcome by Sofia made all the difference. My room was very clean. The swimming pool in the garden was a joy after a long flight. The fish restaurant nearby by a shady stream, less than 100m walk, was just what I needed on my first evening in Georgia. Peaceful location.
