We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Indiathe rooms in kazbegi had a coffee machine but the one in tbilisi didnt have a hot water kettle. i missed that. i also wished the place had bright lights option. too dim for me.

Stylish hotel in Wes Anderson style with many design details in the room and common areas. Very spacious room with free standing bath tub, great coffee machine, great wall papers etc. I also really liked the bar and lounge area of the hotel. Also great breakfast variety. We really enjoyed our stay.

United States of AmericaYou absolutely could not count on the front desk. They forgot to order us a rental car after we had confirmed 3 times with them (they had no record of our order or their confirmation when we were ready to leave for the weekend). They forgot to send our suitcases upstairs. They were generally disorganized. The manager became involved after I complained about the rent-a- car and then things became more efficient but I think that some of the front desk people are only 18 or so and are not trained.
Room Hotel was hip and fun in the evening. Good breakfast and in general I liked the Rooms Hotel . Kind of a "We Work" or SOHO House vibe.

South AfricaPaying a deposit for the mini bar is a bit inconvenient especially when paying in a foreign currency (the banks charge conversion fees when you pay and again when you get refunded). Ideally it would be better to pay for what you use when you checkout. I checked out about 4 days ago and the refund hasn't reflected yet (it probably takes awhile).

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel didn't feel that welcoming and was very dark in the common areas and bedrooms. The soundproofing wasn't that great and we were disturbed by other guests and outdoor noise because it's in a busy area.
I like boutique hotels that are repurposed in old, historical buildings so this ticked that box. Rooms hotels offers boldly decorated, low-lit rooms with modern amenities that you would expect from this type of accommodation. We had dinner in The Kitchen, the onsite restaurant that offers both international and regional options. They also have a buffet breakfast that we didn't sample as we wanted à la carte. There's a nice bar and adjacent lounge. I loved the bell boys, who were very helpful, in their old-style red livery.
