The hotel was excellent and one of the best we have stayed in. The location was good as it was close to the city center and within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the city and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay and was also large and spacious. The linen was changed regularly and the room was cleaned every day. What made our stay exceptional was the staff, nothing was too much and they went out of their way to help us. A big thank you to Mayia, Vikka and Saba. We will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is new with updated staff. Good location, very close to the center, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing views. The bed is quite comfortable, I slept like a baby. The breakfast is delicious and most importantly, everything is fresh. The staff is quite professional and most importantly always ready to help. I will definitely recommend it as a 4 stars hotel. The hotel also has a lounge restaurant where you can order delicious dishes!

the main door of the room doesn't really block out the noise from the hallway. There were only a couple of times where some people were really loud, but otherwise my room felt very sound proof — for example, I couldn't hear anything from the room next to mine

the external air conditioning machine of the next room when it was running at night was quite annoying

I often visit here, but unfortunately it happened that breakfast was not available. Fortunately, the owner showed professionalism by showing up and personally preparing breakfast for me. He then offered me a ride to the bus station. I think doing things right cancels out the wrong. Besides, I have always been very satisfied with this place, to which I often travel.

Ask for a 'real' coffee if you like coffee! Their instant coffee is bad. A minor issues and I tend to travel with my own green tea. There is a nice kettle in the room.

A lovely, new hotel comprising the top 9th floor. Very clean, very quiet. Wonderful staff. Nice breakfast. I extended my stay as I felt well. I did receive a free upgrade, which made my stay even better. A most amazing view from the breakfast room, seeing all of Kutaisi City and the snow covered mountains at the far away northern border. Several supermarkets nearby, reasonable restaurants in 600-1200 m distance. In terms of 'value for money' Panoramic is perfect. I rarely give 10 points. Panoramic and their staff deserve it. It feels almost like 5-star hotel, albeit, the rooms are smaller of course.

One couch was not so comfortable but the guys suggested a separate room for it so we were super happy. Maybe the conditioners are better to have with no direct cold wind into the bed.

The host was very kind and proactive when we arrived. He suggested his help in advice on where to go and what to visit. Plus in addition suggested comfort rooms specifically for our set up of people where we had 2 girls and 4 boys.
