There is really nothing to complain

The hotel is situated very central in the city, with a wonderful view to mount Kazbgi. You can easily reach the central square, shops and restaurant in 5 min.. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Nice, wide rooms. Very clean. Very reach breakfast, the kitchen is open whole day and night long to have tea or coffee anytime. The atmosphere is very nice. I will recommend the hotel to everyone searching for calm friendly stay.

Nothing. Breakfast was so great, natural honey, fresh milk, fresh omelets, and freshly cooked traditional dishes.

It was one of the best stays I have ever had in my life. The old lady and his husband had done everything they could do to make our stay comfortable, and due to language barrier me and my wife couldn't thank them with words but I am going them 10 rating and share some pictures during our stay here.

Amazing accommodation with the most beautiful view! We looked from a bed to a Kazbeg and Trinity Church. We had a balcony and there is a giant terrace on the roof with a 360 view. The breakfast was rich and we got great homemade chacapuri on the way. Hope to come back again!

There was not a proper table in the room. The curtains were not very thick. Staff didn't speak any English.

It looked quite run down on the outside, so it was quite the positive surprise when we saw the inside of the Hotel, which is great. The staff did not know much English, but google translate works!

The Hotel is very nice on the inside, and there is a roof terrace with perfect view of all the mountains. Rooms are very nice, big, clean and with soaps (etc.). Breakfast is the best I had in Georgia, a wholesome meal with eggs, fresh-from- the-oven Khachapuri, sausages, yogurt and vegetables.

The rooms are extremely clean and modern furnished, the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had. Also there is 24 hour avaliable coffee and tea at the reception. Plus there is really good mountain view from all the rooms.

I expected a Kazbegi mountain view room. But it was a nehind mountain view room. The air freshener was too strong to accept. I recommend the guests reject it and ventilate well.

It was absolutely amazing stay, staff was very helpful and careful. Room was clean, huge and very warm. You start your day with healthy breakfast, balcony has a good view, it has beautiful rooftop, and in a great location. It was my solo trip, felt very warm thanks to their care.
