Cozy, quiet, modern boutique hotel in the old town. Very friendly, responsive and helpful staff at the reception. Initially, we were given a small room on the ground floor, near the stairs and elevator, as the hotel was fully booked. We asked for another room and they were very kind to offer a free room upgrade for the next few days. We've also received very good recommendations for restaurants and places nearby. Breakfast was ok, the basics.

I found the room was very cold, the hotel had turned off all heating as May is summer, it was 10c outside. I asked for additional heating and it wasn't possible, I asked for a blanket or extra duvet, it wasn't possible as apparently it was fully booked ( it wasn't as there were still rooms on booking com).in the end I was given a mattress protector that didn't smell very pleasant. I the ended up wearing socks and jacket to bed worked a treat!

Staff helpful and polite, I had traveled for 20hrs , they let me check in early. Very much appreciated. Comfortable bed, great shower.. very clean and ideal location for old town. Breakfast was ample.

After one night our sheets was a bit dirty and smelly and house keeping didn’t change it and when we got to the room in the evening there was nobody from housekeeping , but reception worker brought us one and we changed by ourselves.

Amazing brand new hotel located on a perfect location with luxury rooms and great facilities. Nice stuff and breakfast

The hotel is well located in the old town close to Liberty Square. Really a good point to begin the visit of the wonderful Tbilisi. The structure is quite new. Room has all necessary and the bathroom is spacious with the shower comfortable and really well done. The staff is kind and welcoming. So I have found all perfect in my experience. If you want the breakfast could be improved a little bit, but is ok. Anyway, based on my experience I feel to recommend this place.

The hotel is modern, located in the old city of Tbilisi very close to Liberty square. Excellent location. It is a good hotel for a business trip.

The only thing I would chang is the breakfast, I would love to have something local instead of croissant.. Lacking hanging places/hooks

View - Didn’t have a proper view. Breakfast - Maybe few more varieties can be added. Entertainment - Few more latest English movies please These are not complaints but points of suggestions.

Location - Perfect. Close to the Freedom Square, the mall, the city center. Staff - Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room - It was as described in booking.com website. Hence, happy. Cleanliness - daily house cleaning with reusable towels. Very clean room. Amenities - Room and bathroom were equipped with all required amenities by me except for the open closet. Would have preferred closed closet.

It was not super fun that we were on the ground floor next to a busy(pedestrians) street. Little bit noisy, and they put us in a disables room, which I don't understand why. Also breakfast could have been better.

The blinds in the room should be upgraded to avoid the sunlight peeking through in the morning.

The hotel staff are kind and supportive, especially Mariame. The breakfast had a variety of options, rooms were well equipped, and a bonus was the Shattaf (Muslim Hand spray). In addition, the location is very convenient and only a couple minutes walk from Old Town Centre.
