This hotel is very clean, every thing is new inside. Very nice sea view with balcony. Staffs are so kind, they extended one hour for our check out. Especially Ms Diana and Mr.Nika helped us a lot. We really appreciate it.

The room was very wonderful. The view to the sea is amazing, the room is very clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant in the hotel. The hotel and reception staff were extremely kind and helped us with everything, even ordering a taxi when we needed it

The hotel is the perfect definition of hospitality in every single detail. From the reception who ensured our stay is perfect to the whole team who made our holiday in Batumi unforgettable. The overall experience at the hotel has been less than satisfactory due to multiple issues. Firstly, the check-in process was excessively time-consuming, made worse by the unorganized staff. To add to the disappointment, the room I received did not align with what was advertised. When I addressed this, the staff attempted to upsell me on an upgrade for a room I had already booked, which felt deceptive. Contrary to its luxurious branding, the room itself was quite regular in its amenities and decor. Noise was another concern; the music from the hallway permeated the room, making it difficult to sleep before midnight when it was finally turned off. Furthermore, the quality of the bed and pillows was uncomfortable, adding to an overall lackluster stay.

At first they wanted to give me an alley view to the other building, not a Garden or Sea View.
