You must leave your key in slot when in the room for electricity and a/c. Staff doesnt want you to leave key and run a/c when out. Problem is that it takes 2-3 hours to cool the room again when you return. Staff told me that it should cool in 5 minutes-not the case at all. No restaurant, no pool

The staff were super friendly, flexible and helpful. They were always ready to help in anything we needed. I loved how central the hotel is to the beach and other restaurants. I would easily stay there again!

Sometimes it was a loud in the lobby and we woke up. Maybe if they can soundproof that side of the wall too like the balcony.

It's a newly built hotel with exceptional staff, soundproof balconies, and doors, so you sleep great! I will miss them dearly. The cleaning staff is also wonderful. The hotel is located just a 3-minute walk away from the beach and they offer beach towels. In the mornings, there is a corner stand that sells empanadas until they run out, and they are absolutely delicious! Wifi was great for remote work.

Wow, what an amazing stay! Great service from the start. The woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She was so incredibly attentive and kind. The rooms were very clean- comfortable bed, AC worked well, nice hot showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and working TV. We also had to check out early for a tour and they stored our luggage and had a bathroom for us to shower and change afterwards. The lobby was also clean, always greeted with a smile and great service! Kareem was amazing. We had an issue with our tour and he went above and beyond with helping us. He also sent us a list of recommendations for the island. Very helpful and informative! Definitely would stay here again especially with the staff.

Very new, clean and fresh with a luxurious feeling even though the price was reasonable. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms absolutely quiet so you sleep very well. The staff was very very helpful. Gilly always had a warm welcoming smile and helped with everything we needed. The location is excellent right in the center with 5 min walk to the beach. Perfect place to stay and we stayed here both before and after our Providencia visit.

First night room service was skipped, afterwards it worked fine. Despite not having any windows the room was quite bright because of the green power light on the AC. Without AC the room became very stuffy very quickly. Coffee only available in the lobby (Nespresso machine).

Extremely nice staff, beach towels provided, even possibility to take a shower after checkout for people with an evening flight. Lobby and everything very clean, staff speaks English and Spanish.

We arrived around noon at the hotel. The front desk staff greeted us very friendly, we were told that we could pay by credit card and then get access to our room. When I paid by credit card I noticed on the copy that the payment was made in Euros instead of Colombian Pesos. Usually when paying by card you can choose whether you pay in COP or (in my case) EUR. The payment in COP is always recommended because the payment in your home country currency is much higher. In my case around 7%. We went into our room and it was actually a smaller room than we reserved and paid for. After a short discussion with front desk they said that our actual room would not be ready yet. We went for lunch. Once we came back our room was ready and I picked up on the payment topic. Now the general manager said that as we did the early check-in he would normally charge us 50% of the room rate. Remember, when we initally checked in the front desk staff didn't mention anything about an extra fee for checking in at 2pm rather than 3pm. And as we had the issue with the payment, he would just not charge us the 50% but rather keep the money they charged us unlawfully. That topic came up again on our last day when checking out. I was told 100 reasons that the payment would be correct and that it would be an issue with my bank, because I am a foreigner and so far. It really didn't felt good to be sold for silly, also becuase on the copy of the credit card payment I have the proof that they charged me legally incorrect. Sidenote: There is no option to have breakfast or any other meal in the hotel as they do not have the necessary facilities. So it is more a nice AirBnB rather than a hotel. If you pay everything cash you might have a good experience in this place.

I spent a weekend at the hotel, it is in a very central area of San Andres Islands, has a Juan Valdez next to the hotel, a Jr, and a drugstore. The hotel is located near the beach and the tourist area of the island. The hotel manager is very friendly, the hotel owner is very polite, the hotel staff is helpful in what I needed as a guest of the hotel. The hotel is clean, has a 24 hour coffee machine and water dispenser. The rooms are comfortable, modern, the bed is comfortable, it has sound insulating doors, the closet is comfortable. The bathroom has Loto del Sur products. It has hot water which for me is essential. The experience was amazing.
