It was during the summer ans they don't have air conditioning in the rooms. There was a fan, but it wasn't really enough. Since it is a sort of container (but very comfy! See picture, but it is the back of the hotel), not surprising. I think this is something they should work on.

A very nice welcome with goodies on the bed. The room might seem small, but it is actually perfect size. Bathroom very comfortable too and clean.

The room was cozy and well appointed and perfect for just myself on a stopover during a motorcycle trip. The price point was good and the place was easy to book and access as there was no staff permanently on site. You just get a code and a room number after you book. The cleaning staff on site was very friendly and helpful and let me store my gear in their office until my room was ready. One of the owners was also kind enough to give me a ride to the mechanic the next morning. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice room, not huge but shelves to put stuff, good furnishings, great shower. TV and channels excellent. Close to Gerties and pubs etc, easy parking out front. Entry instructions excellent.

Both the bed and room were a bit too small for us to be truly comfortable. We moved to a larger room at a different property for our second night in Dawson City and were much happier.

Really nice remodel, super clean, & well layed out. Loved the little touches, keyless entry, and snacks provided.

we stayed for one night, June 18, 2023. Would definitely stay here again! Very friendly, very clean, comfy bed, easy parking, ( they even let us plug in our hybrid Jeep), everything you need, every detail is well thought out. No complaints other than I wish we could have stayed longer!

The outside of the building was not that appealing but it was authentic so we liked it but since the inside was so well thought out the outside could use some appealing touches.

Everything! It’s right downtown Dawson, it was quiet, it was clean, it’s been renovated very nicely. We were stuck in Dawson an extra day due to a road closure. The owners had no problem accommodating us for any additional days if needed. They kept the communication lines open as well. Highly recommend!

- A daily "freshen up" of the room would be nice, with body wash, cookies, etc. restocked.

Although the management is aware that noise levels between rooms is hard to control due to thin walls, this could be a concern for some people. The one incident where noise level was a concern for us during our stay of 3 nights was handled promptly with written apologies to the individual rooms of guests. Phone numbers provided in the room requested that any noise should be reported immediately to ensure peaceful surroundings.

No breakfast advertised but coffee maker, tea, mini refrigerator, with complimentary cookies all available and provided for you. Location excellent for coming and going in the town and the code numbers to access the building as well as your room gave lots of freedom to come and go as you wish.
