The reception staff were friendly, the lobby is super impressive and once it is finished fully it will be a great hotel. The room was really nicely decorated and even though the location is slightly out of town there is a shuttle bus and free tickets provided and if you have a car there is onsite parking.

The temperature of the hotel is incredibly warm and on top of the buildings there seems to be a loud heat pump generator that creates a constant noise that sounds like a cement mixer or a lorry with its engine on. It kept my partner awake most of the three nights we were there and we had to sleep with the aircon on due to how warm it is which sounded like a jet engine as there was only one speed, which was 'High'. The pillows are extra thick and not comfortable. We did notify reception on the first night and we tried a different room but it was still noisy. If it could fix a few basics like ensuring a comfortable temperature and decent bedding to provide a good night sleep this could have been a 10/10.

First, the beddings in each room smells like it was already used and feels like it was never washed, that's how my husband and his family/siblings experience it. My family were expecting that the beddings like pillow cases, bed sheets and comforters are newly washed, but sadly that was not the case during their stay. Since they are already there, they just do some adjustments towards it. They smell something different and find it a bit of a challenge when my husband and her siblings/family was there. Knowing that we (excuse us) paid for the cleaning fee as well when we booked for this unit thinking it will be cleaned for the next user like us). They ended up using thier own personal towels to cover the pillow cases. We choose this place because of the positive review but sadly this is their situation. There were also some items left inside the washer and sadly, they smell too prior to using the washer. Fixtures in the bathroom needs some repair too and we advise the host about it right away. Hope that our feedback helps you moving forward and that you take our feedback constructively towards your goal. We also hope that you will look into it moving forward. Final inspection before the guest will arrive. Another thing, suggest that you change the color of the beddings to a little lighter color than dark colors. It will help make the stay more pleasant as well. Once again, we thank you and we hope that our feedback helps.

No cold water in sinks. (Hot water was great) . Cold water was very warm in both sets of taps, kitchen and bathroom. Too warm to drink. Awkward entrance with open closet doors (which could not be closed because of washer and dryer combo did not fit in closet - to close doors. also with the set of dresser drawers blocking entry to bathroom??? Light in kitchen - has only 1 light bulb working - dark in kitchen, as 2 were burnout.
