The stay at Sunrise Montemare Resort - Grand Select was absolutely superb!! Starting from the arrival until the last day service exceeded my expectations. All members of staff ( manager, reception staff, bar attendants or housekeeping) were attentive and friendly with a smile and willing to assist in any query. The variety of food, presentation and cleanliness at breakfast / lunch break or dinner was amazing. The lifeguards at swimming pools were always alert, which is extremely vital whether you are staying with friends or family with kids. Liked the entertainment/dance show including for kids every evening and then life music later on to enjoy and relax on the terrace. Working in a hospitality sector myself and knowing ups and downs of a customer service, I would like to thank all the staff members of Montemare Resort for the hard work they put into their everyday duties to make every guest feel so comfortable and happy and the stay so unforgettable!!

Our second visit there and most likely not our last. The best part about the hotel are the people that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and pampered. Special thanks to Ahmed from the pool bar who ads a special touch. Particularly enjoyed the cocktails, the fruit skewers and the ad-hoc fresh juices served around the pool. The main restaurant is also great with a high quality service. Add this to the location with a beach on one of the best reefs in Sharm and you have a perfect holiday spot.
