All the employees were nice and smiling, and the point of interest of the city were not so far away from the hotel. Special thanks to Tho and the receptionists for their help with tour bookings, etc.

The host was very sweet, always greeting us at the front door and bringing us fruit/water. The laundry service was great and cheap.

We were blown away by the room, so clean and comfy and on the fourth floor (be warned no lift), quiet and yet easy walk to shops, restaurants and the imperial palace. The owner is really helpful. Great value too.
