Prime location close to the cathedral, hoan kiem lake, and great restaurants. Service was top notch. Jolie was amazing and gave the warmest welcome. I arrived early in the morning but Jolie upgraded my room and had it ready in an hour. Weather was really hot but she had the room AC turned on before checked in. Massage was great as well.
