The location is fabulous - just a 5-10 min walk (slight upward slope) to the Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, and the T1 tram! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful - Arfa, Resul, Atilla, Ozcan, Mujkaan - to just name a few, were always attentive and full of suggestions and ideas to help. From explaining how the Istanbul Kaart works, to giving us marked-up maps to help understand the tram/metro lines, and arranging a little extra something for us at breakfast... we felt well looked after. Room service was super prompt, whether we were requesting extra bottles of water, milk for our coffee, or even an ice-pack or hot water bottle! It arrived quickly and with a smile. The room and bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. The view from our rooms was fabulous - the Sea of Marmara waits for you :)

The Hotel was very nice, the guy from reception provide us all the necessary info regarding the hotel, objectives and for what we must to pay attention. First i receive a room at the 4 floor and the ventilation of the hotel was on top of my room. i told to the guy from reception that this ventilation made noise and in 10 min they offer us other room, bigger and without any cost. The parking of the hotel was very nice... you can enter in the park using the elevator ... the car it is safe. all the staff of the hotel was nice, the breakfast was good and enough for us. also all the objective are near the hotel (10-15 min walking) Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilic Cistern, Palace Topkapi.
