No matter we planned to do both the check-in and check-out outside of their work hours the process was well-described and smooth for us. The next pleasant feeling was the interior and the nice smell of the hotel premises. There are also parking lots outside.

Set on the Danube River in a quiet area and in the vicinity of a small park, Nest is a 15-minute walk from Drobeta Turnu Severin Port. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We always choose Nest, no matter what! They offer a top-notch sleeping experience (the beds and sheets are beyond amazing - I've never slept on anything so comfortable in my life), a perfect climate year-round (we stayed there in the winter - it was cozy and warm and now we stayed there in the summer and it was refreshingly cool) and a very clean room. Breakfast is an absolute delight; the variety of options and the quality of the food from their restaurant for lunch and dinner were outstanding (we basically ate there all of our meals) and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, they always made sure our stay is exceptional. Not to mention they offer free water/coffee/cookies so I can't recommend this place enough, we're already looking forward to our next stay! I must also mention that the water pressure in the shower is absolutely perfect! It's one of those small details that can make a huge difference in your overall comfort during a hotel stay. After a long and very hot day, a shower with excellent water pressure was a true treat.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms are big. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Private parking and easy check-in process. Highly recommend!

Interesting architecture typical for the communist era from the outside, newly remodeled rooms inside with ac, a kettle, fridge. Very friendly english speaking staff, great location, convenient parking on front of the building. Amazing view over Danube river.

Offering Wi-Fi and free private parking on one of the main boulevards in town, Hotel Corona features elegantly decorated and spacious interiors, a restaurant and a lounge area. what I appreciated the most beyond the room and its comfort is the welcome in the establishment. Laura is adorable and is present at all times. I highly recommend a night or more at the Corona Hotel. Thank you again Laura for your sympathy.
