We stayed in this hotel for one night on our travel to Ukraine. The hotel has really exceeded our expectations. Because of the heavy traffic we arrived at 01:00 am. On the way we chatted with the reception and were informed that very late arrival is not a problem as reception is open 24 hours a day. Indeed, we were met by a reception employee, who gave us a key and explained everything that we had to know. The hotel is close to highway and has a free parking onsite. Breakfast is tasty and has a lot of choice. We wanted to stay in this hotel on our way back as well but it was fully booked. Apparently we are not the only ones who discovered the value of this nice hotel. The only thing that we missed in the room is the fridge. Consider it as a suggestion for a nice small addition.

I had left the " do not disturb sign " on my door by mistake and realized that I needed towels to be replaced ( this was evening. I called reception and asked for a couple of clean towels, which I offered to pick up at the desk. Immediately, a young man came with extra mineral water and a very friendly cleaning gal who offered to do a quick tidy up of the room.
