Centrally located in Longyearbyen, Basecamp Hotel is a traditional trapper's lodge-style property just 15 minutes’ drive from Longyearbyen Airport. The airport bus stops right outside. The property is very unique in terms of the look & feel of the boutique hotel. Not too big but tastefully made. No shoes allowed inside so it stays clean thru out. Nice breakfast.

Set in the Skjæringa area of Longyearbyen, Mary-Ann's Polarrigg is built with old rigs. Central Longyearbyen is between 6-8 minutes walk away and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. My favorite place to stay in Longyearbyen. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant living room. Best breakfast in Norway. Helpful staff.

Located in Longyearbyen, 1.1 km from Svalbard Church, Svalbard Hotell | The Vault provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, but also reception, were very pleasant and helpful. In particular, I appreciated the help with retrieving my suitcase which was lost in transit and, at the end of my stay, helping me move my luggage to the other Svalbard Hotel for my Polar Quest cruise. It was the cleanest hostel/ hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotless and modern, excellent kitchen fully equipped. The shower and toilets were separate, which makes a huge difference, also spotlessly clean. Yulya and Sam were outstanding and quickly became "family"
