The owner of hotel Luis was extraordinarily helpful, we even went for dinner and lunch together! Staff helped me out with the best tour to the tea plantation, strawberry farm, and mossy forest. Transport was always organized and you did not need to pay for it. Breakfast was delicious. 4 cats live in the hotel, and every evening they would come and play with me. Loved it!

Cozy, classic feel. Had everything. Don't understand why people bash the breakfast when it is a 3* hotel. Room was very comfy and huge! We got the view of Mount Brinchang from our balcony. Every night was cool @ 17/18°C. Had snooker table. Fitness centre, library, business centre.. Cafe.. Just a drive out is Tanah Rata centre, with pasar malam and lots of cafe and eateries.. Bathroom was huge with bathtub and separate shower area. Small spread of local fried rice, noodles, western breakfast with selection of coffee, tea, orange and guava juice. Please don't expect 6* from a 3* hotel. Feels a 4* for us. Family wanna book the same room next time we're coming back. 👍🏼

This is a unique location - very clean and well maintained. The garden is impressive with many corners which invite you to rest. We had pizza in the restaurant (for a change) and found them excellent. The owner is friendly and very helpful, offered us even a transfer by his car to the bus station.
