A cerca de 20 km de Estádio Ōita e a 12 km de Estação Ferroviária de Oita, Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu dispõe de quartos em Beppu. The location was 2 mins walk away from beppu station. It is very new and opened in oct’23. The floor is tatami all around from the entrance to the lifts, hallway, and room. hotel wear was so comfortable too! I particularly enjoyed the private and public baths that you can use and the free ice cream/drink that’s offered. There’s a karaoke room that’s 1,000yen per hour too. Massage chair was ok there’s 3 units. Not too difficult to figure out if you use google translate camera to help you. The staff were extremely friendly and could speak English. Breakfast was 2,800yen - yes pricey but they’ve got a wide spread of buffet.

Lovely place about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We were there on 2 cold days in March but our room was warm with a heater and electric blankets. Very comfortable beds and an onsen in the room. We had a beautiful view out our window and in nice weather it would be lovely to sit outside but not on this visit. You eat downstairs in a pleasant dining room. The 2 dinners were fabulous and well prepared but we couldn't eat much of the breakfast (it was all Japanese), other guests loved it. But on the second day the cooks made us a delicious breakfast that kept us going all day. The owner is very helpful, he cares a lot about his guests, he's still working on the place and it will be really nice when it's done.

The owner of the hotel is a very nice and very helpful. I can see the beatiful view of the mountain from the window of the hotel. The private onsen is very impressive. I got lost because my GPS doesn't work and I got there late at night. Fortunately, I brought the phone number and the name of the hotel in Japanese. The owner is so nice to come to pick me up and take me to the hotel safely.

Superb service from the staff, especially Ms Yen and Ms Chabani Gopali and the chefs who made us two delicious dinners/breakfast the two nights we were there. Good onsen baths and good fun in the "walking" onsen and outdoor warm pools. Cabin was spacious and very comfortable. A big thank you for a very relaxing stay.

I am always worried about the parking situation whenever I make a decision to stay anywhere, and I saw there was parking available on-site for this hotel. I was aware that it would be limited, and upon arrival, the lot was already full. But, there was a staff member outside of the lot, that directed us to another accessible lot nearby. He gave us a map and explained the price breakdown based on the duration of our stay, even comparing it to the hotel's own parking fee and it was comprable. I was very pleased and appreciative of his help!!

The staff and service are exceptional! We accidentally left something valuable in the safe and checked out. We kept our car at Yufuin Bettei to go sightseeing for a couple of hours and the staff emailed us immediately and was waiting for our return for the left item. We were so grateful! We also loved the privacy and coziness of our bungalow style accommodation.

It natural, so there are always some interesting small friends will be part of the house, but the staff are really nice to take care of it right away, so no need to worry from that. The food is amazing, traditional food , so it wait for a while for all the process, and breakfast are also hard working and good enough amount. Love it ! Full energy for the new day coming

The room was phenomenal, from the amazing view of Beppu from the terrace to the private onsen overlooking the city below. The staff was incredibly nice and thoughtful and catered to our every need. Probably one of the best experiences I've had in Japan! To top it all off, the restaurant serves amazing food in an intimate setting.

This was an actual 10/10 stay. The hotspring baths are amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond and the food is quite the experience. If you come here i would also recommend checking out the bar. The bartender is very nice and made us some amazing cocktails. I can recommend his "rose petal mojito".
