Of course the rest of the staff are wonderful, (Nora from the lobby is charming and smiling) Starting with the cleaning team of the room, lobby, reception! The hotel itself gives a feeling of home in the best sense. The design is lovely - the lobby, the rooms, the shower. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are wonderful! The hotel garden was incredible and the whole setting picture perfect! A generous breakfast was provided on a lovely piazzetta under the trees, the menu and wine list at the restaurant were very good, the bars and the pool/sea area were all generously setup. The golf cart provided was most useful given how the hotel is set on the side of the mountain and climbing between levels can be quite taxing. Most importantly, the entire staff but especially the golf cart driver and the restaurant staff, were extremely helpful and courteous.

Really nice camping in the shade of old trees. The bungalow was well equipped, clean. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipment. Small terrace had barrier, so kids/dogs can't run out. The mini market had fresh bread and basic groceries. The beach is nice, clean, part with dogs is just next to the non-dog area. Both has umbrellas and sun beds.

Restaurant was great for dinner. Felt like authentic dishes and fresh ingredients. Landscaping was incredible. Good design.

The Aurora is an exceptional hotel. The staff, the decor, the location, the rooms, the linens, the bathroom accessories....it is all top notch, first class. This is the hotel that is the model for how to operate and maintain a hotel. Clean, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated.
