Air conditioning works well as well. Cafe has great food options; my favorite was an orange polenta cake, and Jerusalem bagel breakfast. Had a local neighborhood vibe, with great falafel, sabiche, gelato shops nearby - and just a few minutes walk to Carmel Market.
