Breakfast was included with our room and conveniently delivered to our room upon request via WhatsApp. The proprietor, Fotis, is super chill!

We really enjoyed the quiet pool and all facilities on the property ( bike rental, towels etc..). Karl made us feel very welcome and gave us good advice to visit Spetses, the beaches .. Everything you need to relax and disconnect !

We booked the hotel last minute for a weekend getaway and we came across a very pleasant place! It is spotless clean, they offer standard hotel service; towels, shampoo/showergel/conditioner and the layout of both the room and the bathroom are modern and minmal. It is nicely located in the area of Kounoupitsa, however certainly requires a bike in order to reach it. The view of the standard room we booked was indeed beautiful as both of our windows overlooked the sea. It is a nice and quiet spot and the owners are very helpful and nice. We were really appreciative of their help and accommodation with regards to an issue we faced with our bike. They did indeed go above and beyond. Will certainly return!
