The location is really good, apartment very clear and staff super friendly. Smooth checkin/checkout process, I was able to leave my luggage there for the rest of the day. No breakfast included, but many bakeries and supermarkets around. Bonus, really nice view!

Well located, near a Metro station from where you can get to downtown in a few minutes. Staff is really helpful and friendly. I had some personal issues and had to cancel one of the rooms I had booked, but staff quickly helped me to fix things up without hesitation.

We loved this hotel! Location 10/10. Can't think of a better location for tourists in Madrid. Staff 10/10. They were super friendly and helpful! Bed 10/10. Our room had a king sized bed with quality pillows, sheets etc. Great shower. Great water pressure and temperature range. Great breakfast. Breads, fruits, cereals, churros, Nutella, etc etc. I did not have the breakfast included, but paid extra once for it. Also, they serve breakfast until noon, which is great! Clean room with air conditioner (I visited it during summer).

This hotel offers views over the Paseo Infanta Isabel and Calle Alfonso XII. -The staff was probably one of the nicest and helpful you would find in Madrid, that alone will bring me back -The location is near Atocha Train Station. -The room size was adequate -The bed was big and comfortable. -The bathroom had all that you needed. -The breakfast has a lot of variety, especially for Vegans, and it was at the roof so it had an amazing view of the city. -Parking had a car charging station which was free to use if you pay for the parking.
