We spent 3 amazing nights in this lovely hotel in Oberammergau. The owner was incredibly helpful and nice to us and all other guests. She surprised my wife with a little birthday cake during breakfast on the day of her birthday. It was really a nice surprise and made our day! By the way there is an amazing selection of food for breakfast and all is very delicious! Every morning there was something new on the table to chose from. The owner gave us visitor cards with which you can use public transport for free. She also helped me to organize a romantic horse carriage around town and we had a great time. Not just the owner but all the staff has been very nice and helpful. You just have to ask and they try to help you. We also used the Sauna in the basement which was really worth every Euro. Very refreshing after a long day of walking. The whole hotel is very clean and looks like freshly renovated. One can really see that the staff take care of the place and they really put their heart and soul into it. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for this amazing weekend! :)

Diane's soft cooked eggs were phenomenal! The selection of cold cuts and bread were delicious. Plenty of orange juice and all in a bright energetic dining room. The guest room and hotel are finished in zirbel wood, which smells and looks great.

Dating back to 1612, this historic, family-run hotel in Oberammergau combines traditional and modern styles, offering rooms with WiFi and flat-screen TV. We booked this location because we couldn’t find anything in Garmisch Partenkirchen and were pleasantly surprised. Such a beautiful old hotel in the cutest village. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist upon arrival and one particular waiter who really looked after us. Breakfast was really good and we ate our evening meals at in the hotel restaurant which was very good.

Set in the heart of the picturesque Ettal valley in the Ammergau Alps, this country-style hotel enjoys a peaceful setting and offers views of Ettal Abbey. It was one of our best holiday places we have ever been. So comfortable so nice and clean and relaxing. Wellness is amazing and food in the restaurant top of the top. I highly recommend this place.

Just a 2-minute walk from Oberammergau Train Station, this family-run hotel features a pretty terrace, a breakfast room and free on-site parking. It is great base for exploring the Bavarian Alps.
