Facilities were amazing, service was outstanding, hotel was very very clean, nicest people (and we've been around and travelled to luxury hotels before) this by far covers all the check list. There were 3 in particular that we interacted with the most that I would like to thank, Paul from the reception, Daniel the bellboy, Shadi the waiter.

Great location, nice view, friendly personnel, breakfast with some home made sweets, parking. We travelled during Easter, so the church was close to the hotel. There are good restaurants in a short distance. On the reception we received city map. Also some very nice paintings / gallery on the reception floor.

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet, and the hospitality was amazing. Philippo greeted us, and you felt immediately relaxed, which was really needed and appreciated.
