Unlike many others, Sheron stood out for her fluency in English. Her proficiency greatly facilitated communication and enhanced the overall guest experience. Adjacent to the hotel lies a bustling shopping mall, offering a plethora of dining options ranging from affordable eateries to upscale restaurants, catering to diverse palates. Additionally, the mall boasts convenient amenities such as a supermarket for everyday essentials, a barber shop for grooming needs, and an array of clothing stores for fashion enthusiasts to explore. Whether indulging in a delicious meal, stocking up on groceries, or enjoying a shopping spree, the mall provides a vibrant and convenient hub for guests to immerse themselves in a variety of experiences. Conveniently located in the city centre, Crowne Plaza Foshan is a walking distance to Guangfo Metro Station and close to the shopping hub. Ceramic Exhibition Centre is 13 minutes' drive away. Room is good, staff is good. Thanks for all. Especially Catherine Qin for helping us and great service!

I was a solo traveler - Witt no mandarin skills BUT the Hotel staff are exceptional in helping ordering a taxi for me. Helping me with all my requests. The hotel itself is super clean, really convenient as it is next to tons of restaurants and a shopping mall. they also have a theme park and a water world with rides and activities for kids and adults. like boating etc. iq oils highly recommend this hotel as honestly I found the service top notch. Excellent staff at front desk - al ate smiling and they always give you a cup of tea when you are there asking them any questions or directions.
