Hotel was nice, was designed very creative. The booked room was the same how is in the pictures. I liked our room a lot, because of panorama windows, cleanliness and very comfortable mattresses. There was free drinking water and tea in the room. And the breakfast was quite attractive also. We stayed there for one night. From the hotel to bus station in a taxi was 5 lev. Thanks a lot, I enjoyed it.

We did not expect such a warm welcome, such a new glowing renovated hotel and an amazing , most welcoming team, working there! A special thanks to Viktoria, the manager, to reception girls, and to the restaurant team : Ivo , Olga and Petr. Breakfasts were always fresh, tasty and also it is a very good choice of amazing bulgarian food. New coffee machines with tasty coffee (not always like that in the other hotels). Plenty of fresh vegetables snd fruits. We tried dinners, too. It was very good, too. The main word is : tasty.So , special thanks to the restaurant chefs, too! And the last , but not the least : it is very clean, the hotel. And our cleaning lady, Nelly, on the 5th floor , was very very good. So i can recall it as a comfortable and pleasant stay , warm and welcoming people around you - so we felt almost at home!!!
