The staff were on top of everything and would do anything to assist. The roof terrace with foot bath has an amazing view of mount Fuji. The kaiseki style dinner was rich in quantity and our server Sara was great and explained everything thoroughly. We booked a private onsen and It was really worth it. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel to go around. The shuttle bus service was great and very convenient.
