We are an offbeat informal place preferring the chaos of relaxed human or animal behaviour to rigid management. The conversation flows freely and unfortunately for the kidneys so does the wine. In case of an emergency, we can arrange access to a local detoxification facility. However, for those that have no time for such an inconvenience, there are plans to install our own portable dialysis unit. It is important to know that Moulin du Roc is a working farm as well as an officially designated wildlife reserve, so please don't expect silver-service from the sheep, goats and horses grazing our mountain pastures guarded by Mo, a Pyrenee Pastou.
