The Villa was so beautiful and peaceful, well taken care of. Surrounded by flowers and plants with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The swimming pool is small but lovely, clean and functional. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so pretty and clean. I slept with the calming sound of the sea waves at night and woke up with the singing of the birds in the morning. Plus the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty with fresh fruit juices. All the staff there were lovely, sweet and helpful, they always greeted us with a beautiful smile in their faces. It is not located near the “Main Street” of Amed but it is located just 10 minutes on foot from the infamous “Sunset Point” where you can admire a breathtaking view of the Bali sea with the magnificent volcano Agung in the background. We walked to Jemeluk beach (famous for snorkelling) from the Villa which was just about 20 minutes enjoyable walk (along the road but there was little traffic so it was totally fine). There is a beach right under the Villa as well, you just have to cross the street and you are already at the beach where you can have a swim or do some sunbathing. For snorkelling I would recommend Jemeluk beach which is fairly close.

The authentic Balinese inspired villas with stylish open bathrooms, pristine pool, restaurant and nature landscape speak of a well managed architectural understanding of local culture and spirit. The location is right at the beach and traditional fishing can be observed daily when the boats return from their trip with nets full of mackerels. We bought some direct from the fisherfolks and the restaurant staff fried them for our breakfast. Right in front of the property is a shallow reef with almost 100% coral cover. They provide living space for a high diversity of reef fish species. We spotted lots of damsels, surgeonfish, fusiliers, anthias, angelfish, pairs of butterfly fish, needle fish, puffer fish, triggerfish of all sizes, squid, stingrays, turtles and even nurse sharks. Particularly for children it’s s perfect snorkeling site since the reefs are at a shallow depth of 1-2m depending on the tides. Water temperatures are at 29-30 degrees Celsius which are quite comfortable without wetsuit. However, a t-shirt against sun radiation is strongly recommended.

Sumit welcomed us very well and facilitated the purchase of tickets for the Gili Islands, always ready to help you. We only stayed for one night, snorkeling right in front of the hotel 😍, warung next door and a convenient 3min pier. Upstairs bedroom with deckchair and magnificent view, clean, air conditioning and everything you need. Enjoy the sunset over the hill 10min walk, amazing. I highly recommend.

Great location, beachfront with swimming and snorkeling out the front, plenty of warungs/restaurants/bars all close by. Restaurant and bar at resort is great, good selection of meals and drinks at very reasonable prices, you could easily just eat and drink here without blowing the budget. We ate several times during 4-night stay. Breakfast was included and very nice (not a huge selection). Pool is clean and refreshing. Rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced every day. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Sunrise and sunset on the beach AMAZING

The location was pleasant. The beach was great. The room was beautifully presented. Definitely recommend if you are wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay when in Bali. Location was good, plenty of places to eat and drink. I would recommend eating at Sama Sama Amed's restaurant as opposed to others. The food is delicious, the staff are great and of course its part of the hotel albeit across the road for the actual appartments.
