At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything at the property was amazing and in great condition. The bed was perfect size and super comfortable. The room was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller, as was the bathroom. It was also in a great location - walking distance to all the tourist attractions; a lovely restaurant next door; and taxi bays near by. The wifi was pretty good too. The best thing about the stay was the communication from Viola and Francesca, who have been extremely accomodating since the day I booked my stay - they were easy to contact for any questions or concerns and gave me tips when I needed them!! The check in and check out were super easy which made it all convenient and stress-free. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be back!!

All units have a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen. The property was great - walking distance to most places and the room was clean and spacious. I have to especially mention Jeric. Unfortunately during our stay my husband got food poisoning and we were confined to our room for a few days. Jeric was so lovely and understanding, allowed us to have access to unlimited amounts of extra bedding, towels and beverages. It made the terrible situation so much more bearable knowing you had someone so kind and caring around. Thank you Jeric so much for the lovely stay and being so wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience with my booking. The room was immaculately clean. The location of the accommodation was also fantastic, conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation. The host went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. They were readily available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had throughout my stay. Their hospitality was truly exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the delightful breakfast provided by the host. Each morning, a delicious and hearty breakfast was delivered to my room with a smile. It was evident that a lot of thought and effort went into preparing and presenting the breakfast, and it made for a perfect start to my day. I highly recommend this booking to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming accommodation. The combination of the pristine room, excellent location, friendly host, and the delightful breakfast made my stay truly memorable.

Location location location is amazing close to everything and safe. The room was lovely and clean and a lovely private bathroom,if we had any questions we would send a message and we would hear back straight away. The rooms was a lovely size and we would put in Netflix at night a big + when the legs are tired from walking all day. We would get a knock on the door for breakfast, was like having breakfast in bed so spoilt. We will return again... Thank you for an amazing stay.💗💗

The nearest airport is Rome Ciampino Airport, 15 km from the property. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was so friendly, the room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet and the location was unbeatable. Having a safe elevator was a perk and the breakfast, made to order and included in the stay, was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I can not find fault with Arch Room suites at all, all the staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. The place is soo clean. Breakfast is lovely. I would High recommended.🧡🧡
