Really a home away from home. Super cosy with all the facilities you have in your home. Cecile is an amazing host. So full of life & positivity. We were robbed on the bus coming in from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen. It was a tricky situation with no assistance from the Bus driver or so & we didn't know what to do. Cecile came over to the bus station, helped communicate with the police, took us to her home, got us settled in. Next day she drove us to the CAPTA center (Visitors support), helped explain & was our translator. Can't thank her enough for all the support. Even for the rest of our stay she kept checking on us. Even with the bad start her support really helped. House is super clean. Very bright and upbeat ambiance. Good facilities, nice and cosy room, bed and bathroom. It is in a nice gated community with security check going in and out. 10 minutes easy walk from 5th avenue & the main shopping places. There are a few restaurants close by along with a 7-11. So over all convenient and safe. That's a lot in Playa del Carmen. Having a host like Cecile adds up to the over all experience. Vini & I thank you for giving us a wonderful time. We will gladly host you any time if you happen to visit Dubai.

Everything in general, the stuff was amazing!! Front lobby guys were so welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed, the mini market has everything you need, location, the pools VERY clean the stuff at the restaurants we're amazing!! This was an excellent hotel to stay in and perfect for the on site concert. It was a breeze to grab a golf cart to the concert and back again. No ques, no hassle, seamless and absolutely worth spending the night there. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, are spotlessly clean and have all the basic amenities you could need. You can easily walk or cycle around the property, and to fully enjoy the landscape in Mayakoba I highly recommend the boat tour. It's a wonderful way to see the whole resort. The beach club of Andaz is beautiful, with plenty loungers and towels. The beach front itself is excellent as they installed seaweed barriers, so you do not have any issues at this resort, just crystal clear waters to swim in. The breakfast buffet was great with lots to choose from and of course great service from the staff there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and as a local I hope to return again.
