The host was amazing and friendly. Very helpful. Even tho breakfast wasn’t included there were some items on the kitchen we can access such as yoghurt fruit and some cakes. Clean quiet place.

Lovely stay at l'aira ecchia - ospitalità rurale. Roberta & Antonio (the owners) are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. More than willing to help with recommendations. The rooms are recently built, spacious, and clean with updated bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a nice outside terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The breakfast is more food than you could ever want, of course, all delicious. The B&B is conveniently located just outside of Lecce. An easy drive into the town, less than 10 minutes and then you are within walking distance to old town (cars prohibited). Also easy to get to other places in Salento (eg Gallipoli, Ortanto). When we left, we felt like we were saying goodbye to family. HIGHLY recommend staying here on your visit to Lecce.

Our room was large with a large private terrace that overlooked the pool. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well laid out. The pool area is well maintained and a comfortable place to relax. The restaurant has good food and the service is excellent. If you have a car the location is perfect for exploring the area and we often went into Lecce for dinner and to enjoy the nightlife.

From the warm welcome from Angela upon arriving, to the delicious and beautiful breakfasts in the garden, to the fabulous pool during a heat wave, great recommendations for sights and restaurants, and to all of the staff working to make our stay as comfortable as possible when one of us fell ill, I can’t say enough good things about staying here!

Beautiful farm stay. Extremely clean and spacious rooms with private garden. This is a farm, the odd bug in the room is expected. The swimming pool was still “closed” as it was too cold. (April). Really friendly and helpful hosts with excellent recommendations. Great extra-length bed! (Rare) Amazing, mostly home-made breakfast with tipical foods/dishes from the area. Would def stay here again.

Incredible location, loved learning about the wildlife and farm belonging to the owners of the property, great facilities for children- including a large swimming pool, comfortable and neatly furnished rooms, with working wifi and good air conditioning, excellent food, most of it home grown and DELICIOUS, and a friendly and helpful team of owners and staff in the restaurant, many of whom we got to know very well during our stay! It is also situated in a prime location- quiet as it is in the countryside, but close enough to Lecce so you can travel and sightsee during your stay.

I was impressed by beautiful and peaceful surroundings, authenticity and cleanliness. We had a room with a jacuzzi, which was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. Filippo and the staff were very friendly, polite and professional. We also had a tasty dinner with a very good wine, which they also brought into our room. It was a lovely and unforgettable stay with varied breakfast and amazing fresh juice from cactus fruit.

We really liked the location and food was lovely. Dinner on our late arrival was delicious and very welcome. The young lady who looked after us at breakfast went over and above our expectations. Super professional, pleasant and helpful with regard to local information and recommendations. We stayed 2nights. We do not hesitate to recommend this lovely establishment.
