This was a lovely and well-kept family-run agroturismo just minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia. The building is new, modern, impeccable, clean, with lovely landscaping and outdoor spaces, gorgeous scenery from our windows. Our breakfast was extensive featuring sweet pastries, ham-cheese paninis, fresh juice, yogurt, toast with olive oil, as well as eggs and espresso to order. The owners were friendly and attentive - even though they didn't speak English and we unfortunately didn't speak almost any Italian, they were patient to communicate via Google Translate and simple words and gestures to ensure all our needs were met. The rooms contained a bed, plain chair, small fridge, fully equipped bathroom (with good plumbing! the best for all our stays in Italy!) and plenty of wardrobe space. Because these are rooms rather than apartments, they do not contain an in-room seating area nor kitchenette. The restaurant is typically only open June - September (presumably when the garden is in full swing), but we were fortunate to enjoy a lovely multi-course traditional Italian Sunday lunch alongside a large family celebrating a confirmation that was delicious. Even though you're close to town, you're in the country, so it's very quiet at night, mainly just the night birds. :) Nearby tips - While in the area, we particularly enjoyed the Medieval City walk in CDP as well as dinner at Osteria del Mare già Vòtapentole (our best dinner of our whole Tuscany trip - delicious seafood!), as well as a trip to the National Maremma Park (we only did the beach but it would've been lovely to rent bikes and explore even more of the trails, too), and the Etruscan ruins by Roselle. (Save yourself some headache driving around CDP looking for parking amidst the maze of 1-way and ZTL zones in this small town by heading straight to the large lot by the water/harbor on Via Ponte Giorgini.)

The location is quiet with easy check-in. Breakfast is wonderful with a wide selection. The room was very private, clean, air conditioned, and recently renovated. Staff are a delight!

Excellent accommodation with well equipped kitchen and well-working TV, air conditioning and Wifi, and yet in a remote and quiet corner of Tuscany. I loved the very firm mattress, which is just how I like it. The swimming pool is lovely, nestled among the olives. The Pacini family are superb hosts, who give lots of good tips on sights, restaurants and so on. Chatting with them was very enjoyable. The farm's fruit and vegetables, offered free to the guests, were appreciated. The watermelon - from the season's final harvest - was probably the best I ever tasted. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity (I can recommend La Corte in Pian di Rocca, but make sure to book), but if you have a car you are in Castiglione della Pescaia in no time.

We liked this property very much. The country setting was beautiful with flowers everywhere and a large sized pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hostess, Serena, was exceptional and truly enjoyed making guests comfortable and wanted them to have an enjoyable experience. She had good suggestions for places to eat and helped us with some travel arrangements. Serena showed us that she loved doing what she was doing.

The property is very nice and artistically organized. Letizia, the owner, was extremely nice and very helpful with everything. The apartments and pool were very nice and clean.
