We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the staff was really friendly and helpful, most of them speak pretty good English. The hotel location is good, very convenient for shoppers. The room is clean and well equipped, the breakfast is good too.

I was surprised with everything at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile and ready to help you when needed. Room is clean. Everything is carefully prepared, there is nothing to complain about when staying at this hotel. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and encourage everyone to book a room here.

The room we had originally booked was spacious and light, and we were more than happy with it. Upon arrival Benshome were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room free of charge. Im sure thats not normally what happens, and we didnt ask for it, but we were overjoyed. The staff are professional and go out of their way to help, including recommending local restaurants. There are two washing machines on the top floor and a place to dry your clothes as well. They also have filtered water on tap!! Also Benshome is situated right in the middle of Hai Ba Trung, a very cool part of Hanoi.

Located in Hanoi, 3.1 km from Ha Noi Railway station, Hanvet Hotel Ha Noi features views of the city. Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.
