The staff has been very friendly and is also able to communicate in English. Both transfers the hotel has organised for me and my wife (from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to Guatape) have been excellent.

An amazing modern and clean hotel in a quiet area of Medellin. What made this place the best were the staff. Super helpful and friendly from the outset. Also a great breakfast was included at a cafe next door to the hotel. Big TV in the room with Netflix and the best shower!

The Four Points Sheraton Medellin is located in the heart of the Poblado commercial and financial district, downtown Medellin. Great food. Young guy making omelettes was amazing. Pool was warm. Great security!

Located in the exclusive area of Poblado, near Medellin’s business centres, Hotel Porton Medellin offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Facilities include free on-site private parking. The breakfast buffet was huge, with a big variety. especially loved the smoothies which were not like the watery, sugary “juices” in other hotels. The staff were always friendly and helpful! We slept well, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet enough. Overall really good value money and much recommended.

Located in El Poblado, this hotel is 3 km from Medellin’s Olaya Herrera Airport. It has a terrace as well as self-catering accommodation. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available. This is an amazing hotel and I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. I stayed in a room with a bath which was fantastic. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the l'occitane products and bath oil were a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and served on the roof top restaurant. Full marks for house keeping. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the way. Thanks to the staff for being so patient organising taxis and giving me information on the area.
